Job Application Process

Certain roles at The Aubuchon Company may require a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review, or Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, based on the responsibilities of the position.
If any of these requirements apply, they will be clearly noted in the job posting. Please be assured that you will not be asked to complete a background check, MVR review, or DOT physical during the application process. These steps, when applicable, are only conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been extended and are never used as part of the initial evaluation of your qualifications.

Life in Our Stores
The Aubuchon Company expects all Team Members to maintain a clean, professional appearance appropriate for their role. This helps us present a positive image to our neighbors and communities.
Store Team Members are required to wear an Aubuchon or Ace branded shirt (issued or approved), Elvis and Theatro devices, and a lanyard or name tag. Jeans, corduroys, or chinos in good condition are acceptable. Shoes must be closed-toe and safe for the work environment.
Office Team Members are expected to follow a business casual dress code. Company-branded attire is also acceptable.
Reasonable accommodations for religious, cultural, or medical needs will be made upon request.
We understand that each team member has unique scheduling needs. That's why we offer seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions across our stores, open Monday through Sunday. While hours vary from store to store, job descriptions provide specific scheduling details for each role.
